The edges RY and YB are in the right position, but misoriented.

Moves the RY onto the Orange faceThe next set of moves will be the reverse of the previous (at step 1). |

Adjusts the orientation of RYL - Removes the RY from its position U' - Prepare the Blue face to receive the edge RY F - Places the cubie RY onto its original position correctly oriented. |
